The 6 Pillars of Tempified's Privacy
1. Everything Runs on Your Device
Your fields ({{name}}, {{email}}, and so on) are filled in by fixed rules that run directly in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server to fill a template.
2. Zero AI & LLM Training
We never feed customer ticket data, account notes, or your templates to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI model. Your customer data can't leak out through AI training.
3. Your Data Stays on Your Device
On the Free plan, your template sets and saved values live only in your own browser. Pro Solo adds optional cloud backup for using more than one device — which you can end-to-end encrypt. Either way, you can go fully offline and still create and fill templates.
4. Zero Keystroke Logging
We don't use session-recording tools, keystroke trackers, or invasive marketing pixels. When you copy and paste data into Tempified, our team and systems never see it.
5. Pro & Fleet Encryption
All cloud sync travels over a secure, encrypted connection and is encrypted where it's stored. Pro Solo accounts can turn on end-to-end encryption — your templates are scrambled on your device and unlocked with your passkey (a fingerprint or face check, no passphrase) or, if you prefer, a passphrase. We hold neither. Only your passkey, passphrase, or one-time recovery code can open them. Team Fleet workspaces are managed by your own team and are readable by that workspace by design.
6. You Own Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your contact info or templates with commercial data brokers or advertisers. Full right to export or delete your account at any time with 1-click.
