You’re pasting patient names into a cloud text expander

Most snippet and text-expander tools send whatever you type through their servers, and some feed it into AI. For billing and front-office work that means account numbers, dates of birth, and patient names leaving your machine dozens of times a day — often into tools your client’s agreements were never meant to cover. Tempified is built the other way around.

Runs on your device

Filling templates and pulling fields from a pasted record both happen in your browser. On the Free plan your template content is never sent to our servers for processing.

End-to-end encrypted backup

Pro adds an optional cloud backup so your templates sync across devices. Turn on end-to-end encryption and it is scrambled on your device first — unlocked only by your passkey, passphrase, or recovery code. We hold none of them.

We store only ciphertext we can’t read

No AI, no trackers

Nothing you type is fed into an AI model or used for training. There are no analytics cookies, no session recording, and no cross-site tracking anywhere in the app.

What happens to a patient’s name

Follow one field through the app

1 · You paste a record

You copy an EOB or account note and paste it into a template field. Tempified reads it in your browser and pulls out the values by the rules you set — nothing is uploaded to do this.

2 · You fill and copy

The finished message is assembled on your device and copied to your clipboard. On the Free plan the whole exchange stays on your machine.

3 · Optional cloud backup (Pro)

If you turn on Pro sync, the templates you choose to sync are stored so they follow you between devices. With end-to-end encryption on, that stored copy is scrambled and unreadable to us.

Straight answers

Tempified fills in and parses your templates entirely on your own device. On the Free plan, nothing you type or paste is ever sent to our servers. On Pro, you can turn on end-to-end encryption for the cloud backup so we only ever store a scrambled copy we cannot read. Whether that meets the obligations in your own client agreements is a decision for you and your client — but you can see and verify exactly what the software does.
